has been so long since i last went to Sentosa, and it was great.
love standing by the sea, feeling the breeze while soaking my feet in the seawater.
thats how life should be ~
on a random note, i was wrong thinking that i would never be burnt.
my skin actually hurt after the day spent at Sentosa. i can get burnt afterall! mumahaha.
packed my stuff for camp tmr,
hope the camp turns out great :)

really miss the night walks esp w the sea breeze!

anyway, today is my last official day in school as Ms Lee!
im actually really quite relieved ; have been looking forward to this break for so long.
it has been an enriching experience though ~
now i finally understand how teachers feel! not an easy job ~
the clses that i taught - 5J and 5N are sooo different ..
will rmb 5J as the lively class and 5N as the cls that needs loads of scoldings!
i guess no one can imagine how i looked like when i was scolding 5N. even i myself cant :B
but yeah, finally, time for a break!!! :D
will be back in rv in term3 tho.. for invigilation :o

Aka cable ski-ing @ batam.
it was my first time and gosh, the sport is really harder than what it seems!
we (the beginners) could only be constantly face planted near the starting point while seeing the pros go round and round with no sweat.
knee boarding was much easier to balance, but it was quite hard to control at the turns and my hands felt like it was gonna come off ._.
while the experience was fun, it was just kinda sad that there were 3 accidents in a day.
head injury, back injury, dislocated arm (ouchs) T-T
whole body is aching so terribly and im just glad that there is just one lesson today.
i dont know how i am going to survive floorball later,
so all the best to me!

Friday, April 13, 2012 @ 7:50 AM Exchange your used books at Book Exchange 2012 From April 13 to 27, book lovers can participate in the annual National Library Board book exchange by dropping off their used books at any of the 24 public libraries.
The event allows the public to share their passion for reading with other Singaporeans, and to give used reads a new lease of life.
A coupon will be given for every book and can be used to exchange for other books at the main event on April 28.
Adults' and children's fiction and non-fiction books in the four official languages are accepted.
Elaine Ng, Chief Executive Officer of the NLB, said: "Since 2009, the number of books exchanged has increased by more than 35 per cent, and the number of participants has grown by more than 40 per cent.
"We are encouraged by the public's strong support and enthusiasm towards the book exchange. Over the last three years, over 207,000 books have changed hands. We hope that this initiative will help participants discover new finds and good reads and continue to encourage Singaporeans to grow their reading appetite."
Organisers hope to see a 10 per cent increase in the number of participants and the number of books exchanged this year.

finally back to blogging! almost forgot the existence of the blog. post As life hasnt been as interesting as i thought it would be, largely due to work :< i have to work 5 days a week, and the remaining 2 days are usually spent nua-ing at home. plus all the uni + scholarships applications that are SO troublesome, there's hardly time to play to my heart's content! D:
cant wait for Jan when work stops and i'll have the whole month to slack! :D people, ask me out in jan please ! :D
